bittersweet..

So it's been awhile. Lots of things have been going on in the House of Buntrock. Enjoy some of what has been happening around here.

Haley's senior prom was this past weekend. They looked so cute together and they had a great time to boot!

She looked so beautiful and grown up!

Jake loves coach pitch baseball! His skills on the field remind me of another son of mine.....

I love this son of mine. He is so good and he is good at a sport he loves. These are pictures from his last game as a Freshman. It's kind of bitter sweet. I remember when he was Jake's age playing coach pitch and now he is ready for High School ball. His last game as a Panther was awesome, he hit a cycle. If you don't know what that is, (I didn't either, btw) it's hitting a single, double, triple and a home run in one game
I wish him continued success in a game he loves. Go Torros!!

I have photographed these two together for 18 years. These girls are cousins that will graduate together in a month and then go off to different schools and experiences. Love you both!!

I haven't really thought about the changes that are coming to our house, but after taking the pictures of the girls yesterday, I was really emotional about it all.
I have been so blessed by the lives of my children.
and I am a little sad at the changes that are knocking on our door,
but my mom always said to be excited for the milestones in their lives, so
that is what I am trying to do.
Focus on them.

Love the pics of your kids. Haley looks so beautiful in the prom ones! I can not get over what a young woman she looks like instead of a teen--wow! You look pretty good yourself, Miss Sara! Hope you are doing well and surviving the beginning of summer. I sure miss you and our weekly lunches at Barros! Tell the ladies I said hello!

BTW- The family pics from your nieces wedding are beautiful! Love the guy shot but the gal shot of you with Haley and Maddie should be in a frame---really really cute!
